That's not a nautilus issue, those bookmarks are the GTK ones and the
bug is likely due to something else GTK has no reason to change those
directly, reassignong to xdg-user-dirs-gtk which has code to udpate the
bookmarks to add standard locations though having a way to trigger the
bug would be useful
