Thanks for your contribution to ubuntu. Since this bug is "not" really a
bug, in the sense that a required step was not achieved to apply
modifications from /etc/usplash.conf to initramfs, I set the status to
invalid but if you can reproduce a usplash that does not respect the
content of /etc/usplash.conf even if you did update-initramfs -u ,
please set back the status of this bug to "new". Thanks again for your
bug report and feel free to report any other bugs you might find.
