Hi Nicholas
Is your bluetooth card/dongle conected and powered with it's kernel module
loaded, the error message seems to suggest that hciX interface isn't reachable,
could you please check with the hciconfig command, and see if the problem
persist after reload the bluetooth service or even your machine.
