Thanks for taking the time to report this bug, i can confirm this behavior, and
is easily verifiable by looking for the "goocanvas.mo" file at
http://packages.ubuntu.com/, this is not an issue in Hardy Heron, just Gutsy
Gibbon seems affected.
In my opinion this seems to me more of a gpredict package bug that
goocanvas, so i'm changing the package according to this, if you don't
agree and feel this isn't right, please feel free to correct it.
In the meantime you can force the installation of the package with the
following command:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~ $ sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives
/libgoocanvas-common_0.9-0ubuntu1_all.deb
this isn't a solution, just a workaround.
