Binary package hint: foobillard
The bug has been found on 3 different machines: debian, kubuntu64,ubuntu64
Procedure:
1) press ESC to make the menu appear
2) go to: restart-game -> network-game -> As-Host -> Start-Game
The game freezes or crashes.
Simple like that.
