Binary package hint: curlftpfs
In gutsy (at least in 64-bit) curlftpfs is unusably broken.
One can mount a filesystem OK, but many operations produce the error:

There are several reports on the Web (applying not just to Ubuntu) that
this can be fixed by using a later version of libcurl. than is shipped
with gutsy.
