After a shutdown with Kpdf and other programs opened with PDF documents
from the net, Kubuntu 6.06 upon restart tries to open kpdf and fails to
open these pdf documents as they were stored in a temporary folder. So
users get annoyed with x information screens that kpdf failed to find
these documents. Kubuntu should avoid to try to reopen files which were
of a temporary nature. Further users should be given the option to vote
for a clean restart so last opened applications are not reopened
automatically.
