better. Unfortunately, this is not a bug in Ubuntu: you're trying to access a
bug report which is restricted to the root account. If you are the local system
administrator, you can access it by using:
sudo /usr/share/apport/apport-gtk -c /var/crash/_usr_sbin_firestarter.0.crash
