Since this bug can be reproduced by the reporter with both console and
usplash and since it changing values in /etc/usplash.conf does not fix
anything, I set the bug report to confirmed. Also since it blocks access
to consoles with a specific graphic card, I set status to Medium.
usplash is probably not the good package since it affects consoles.
