Ok, but my real/underlying question is "how do you do it from the command line without the hidd binary?"
There are dozens of other window managers and situations in which people would want to connect their usb mouse|keyboard|phone|headset|etc from the command line, and in fact there are many, many tutorials out there that step people through doing it on the command line. -- hidd binary removed form bluez-utils package unable to connect as a result https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/191704 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is the bug contact for Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list [email protected] https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
