Still happens here with network manager 0.6.5-0ubuntu17. All I need is
to be using a dial up (CDMA) connection for firefox 3 beta 3 to always
start in offline mode. I am using kubuntu hardy, network-manager-kde
applet version 1:0.2ubuntu1-0ubuntu7
