Thanks for your bug report, does this happens every time?, is this reproducible
with a new user account?, if so, could you please try to obtain a backtrace
following the intructions at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash and
attach the file to the bug report, could you please provide the link to the
video file which cause the crash in totem. This will greatly help us in
tracking down your problem.
