Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Steps:
1.) Open up System->Quit...
2.) When the quit dialog appears, hover the mouse over the various buttons.
They don't agree with each other in the way that they are written:

Current Setup:
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////
(Logout) Close your session and return to the login screen.
(Lock Screen) Launch the screensaver and password protect your session.
(Switch User) Leave your session open and password protected, but let other
users log in as well.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(Standby) Power saving mode. Depending on your computer, you can wake the
computer up
                 by pressing a key, the power button, or opening the laptop lid.
(Hibernate) While hibernating, your computer won't need any power. When started
again, all open
                    applications will be restored.
(Shutdown) Completely turn off the computer
//////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////////

Description of problem:
The name of the button is in parenthesis, and the "tooltip" is followed after.
The Logout, Lock Screen, Switch User, and Shutdown tooltips make sense and
agree with each other (They describe what the user is going to do when he/she
presses the button), but the Standby and Hibernate tooltips don't make sense.

Suggested wording:
(Standby) Put your computer in to a power saving mode. Depending on your
computer, you can wake
                 it up by pressing a key, the power button, or opening the
laptop lid.
(Hibernate) Turn off your computer, but save the state of current applications
on to the hard disk. When
                   you turn your computer back on, your session will be
restored.

So... yeah. If you don't like my wording, feel free to change it, but it
should make sense with the other options.
