I fear that there is a lot of attention on graphical effects, eye candy, themes 
and the likes but no attention on very basic issues like this.
There seems to be a simple fix on the package description whose description 
seems to make a lot of sense.
Nonetheless none with power seems to pay any attention to this kind of things, 
related to a thing called ubuntu-minimal
My fear is that this will lead Ubuntu to the same point reached by Gentoo: the 
void.
