/apps/metacity/global_keybindings/switch_windows_backward defaults to
"disabled" in Hardy Alpha 5. However, the bug is not present when
desktop effects are disabled.
This seems to be a duplicate of bug #150702, so I'm marking it as a
duplicate. If you think this is wrong you can of course change it back.
