Binary package hint: noshell

When I try to run any command using 'runas' it segfaults.  Below is a simple 
example where it cannot run ls on my home directory.  I found this bug while 
trying to used it to run un-trusted executables as 'nobody'. I have noshell 
v4.0.11-4 installed
