* debian/rules:
- drop xfce.mk and use {debhelper,autotools,simple-patchsys}.mk
- do not install the .desktop files which only create dups of the settings
manager items.
* debian/patches/01_fix-vfat-mount-options.patch: pass 'utf8' and 'usefree'
for vfat partitions. (LP: #193883)
