I've found that when running xgl I get:
<unknown program name>(11007)/ checkComposite: Plasma has an argb visual
0x8061ff8 23068673
<unknown program name>(11007)/ checkComposite: Plasma is COMPOSITE-less on
0x805b5b0

but when I disable xgl, plasma detects it can use composite (nvidia and xorg
combo [http://gentoo-wiki.com/HOWTO_nVidia_GL_Desktop_Effects], has some
extensions that allow xserver to render composite, but is SLOWER than XGL), but
it works:
<unknown program name>(11027)/ checkComposite: Plasma has an argb visual
0x8062eb0 27262977
<unknown program name>(11027)/ checkComposite: Plasma can use COMPOSITE for
effects on 0x805b5b0

So, now I'm not using XGL, but it'd be nice to be able to use XGL to
render the kde4 effects, as it is much more faster than the nvidia and
xorg combo.

Any help, comments or suggestions are more than welcome.
