* debian/diff/0006-svn-update-before-svn-commit.diff: make sure to do
an svn update before svn commit in the test, else we get a test
suite failure unrelated to the test itself. LP: #194460.
* Modify Maintainer value to match the DebianMaintainerField
specification.
