Would it be possible to assign some of the devices sharing interrupt 10 to their own interrupt (usb, pcmcia, video)? Otherwise you might try to use noirqdebug instead of the irqpoll option. This should prevent the interrupt to be disabled. But there is definitely a problem with some device (which is maybe not even initialized) sending interrupts on irq10 that do not get handled.
