ENABLE_AUTO_HIBERNATION is off by default. If you enable it, you're
basically on your own, and you're supposed to change the
HIBERNATE_COMMAND to something that works as well.
In Ubuntu, the gnome-power-manager can be configured through its GUI to
hibernate/etc on low battery. We don't need duplicate functionality in
laptop_mode.
