After the latest gfvs update (is now 0.1.8-0ubuntu1) webdav now basically works for me in Hardy. Accessing dav://mediacenter.gmx.net/ or davs://mediacenter.gmx.net/ in Nautilus correctly asks for user/pw and then displays the content.
There are still some glitches (folders have wrong icon, url is extended to "dav://mediacenter.gmx.net:0/", and some authentication things), but I suppose these would be different bug reports?
