Public bug reported:
The ubuntu-standard metapackage doesn't depend on libpam-foreground or
anything with pam for that matter. We are using d-i to install and
noticed that the default /etc/pam.d/common-session references
pam_foreground.so, and produces errors in the logs because it is not
installed by default.
