Tim, some questions, if you do not mind: 1. Do you still have contacts on Exchange? If so, how many (power of 10 is OK)?
2. Do you use a Global address list on Exchange? Does it work? 3. Is there a chance of you reproducing the issue? The fact is, it should not eat up CPU and memory anyway.
