Don't know if this is the same issue, so am reporting here and as a new bug. I just downloaded Thunderbird 2.0.0.12 which T-bird told me was available, so I clicked ok. The file downloaded, and now when I go to install it, it errors saying "ERROR OPENING FILE FOR WRITING mozmapi32.dll.
I've tried rebooting and retrying, and nothing works. Further, it's now screwed up my old copy of T-bird so I can't open that.
