My synergyc is acting up in the same way, also since the update to hardy. I'd like to add to the previous information that indeed, no packets are lost. All input during "hangtime" is still going through. For example, when typing, all text typed during hangtime will appear once the application resumes.
I've already tried messing with the priority of the process, which changed nothing.
