Merci guiral, It does seem that hitting <ctrl>b while in podcast mode reveals the list of podcasts and more importantly let you remove them, this bug is repairable by a very slight manual re-write. This thread shows up fairly high in Google search so it should quickly solve the problem for all who seek.
