Sorry this issue hasn't been acted upon sooner. I just went through
KOffice Writer (KDE 3 and KDE 4), as well as Open Office, and neither of
these had a custom layout. Both KOffice Word applications had A4 by
default, and Open Office had Letter by default. Since I couldn't confirm
this issue, I am going to assume that if it were a problem it has been
dealt with since, so I am going to mark this as Fix Released. If I am
incorrect in my assumption, I urge you to reopen this report and provide
further information. Thank you.
