yes, I've found that it works on first run, ie when kded first starts.
Or if you killall -9 kded and restart kded it will mount them correctly,
but after kded is already running and you plug in a device with 'mount
automatically' selected it goes into 100% cpu condition.

strace shows that it tries to write apparently to dcopserver right
before this happens, then nothing else is reported.
