I also have the error log:
Feb 28 08:37:08 lab kernel: [   56.216705] mount.nfs[4355]: segfault at 
0017c0d5 eip 0804ebfa esp bfb619e0 error 4

It happened after I upraded to 0804. The nfs mount stop working to the 
debian server (etch). To Gutsy exports it is working fine.
I tried to reinstall the mount and the nfs utils it still has the problem.
The nfs moudles are loaded.
