Public bug reported:
In current firefox-3.0 in hardy, for the last few days, there is no edit
carat when composing a mail in gmail. This is extremely annoying as it
makes it impossible to tell where text will appear when typed. The
carat works fine when typing this message into launchpad though, so
seems to be specific to gmail
Worked fine a week ago, so recent updates seem to have broken something.
