This bug did not have a package associated with it, which is important for ensuring that it gets looked at by the proper developers. However, I am not sure this is a bug at all. Maybe you could elaborate a little bit, why you think, this is a bug and what you think needs to be changed. Also, after having proposed changes (e.g. So what would you change in order to make it look less bloody?), it would be good to change the Importance to wishlist. In my personal opinion, I think, the wallpaper looks just fine. I do not associate the red with blood. But I remember reading some posts about that in the ubuntuforums.org.
