with gutsy : The problem was solved with ooffice 2.3.1 with official
.deb

1- uninstall ooffice with synaptic
2- download .deb from openoffice.org
3- untar on desktop
4- under terminal : $ cd ~/Desktop/OpenOfficeUnTarDirectory/DEBS
5- $ sudo dpkg -i *.deb
6- same depackaging in the sub directory for the gnome menu shortcuts (sorry 
for the real name... I erase the install directories)
7-You can delete install directory on the desktop

It works and openoffice works faster
