This bug hasn't been looked at in a while. Can you confirm whether or
not this is still an issue for you? Marking bug as incomplete again

The GnuPG docs (/usr/share/doc/gnupg/DETAILS.gz) describe the exact usage of 
GOODSIG, which will be provided when the --status-fd option is used. In Gutsy, 
I have the following two default entries (among others) in 
/etc/Muttrc.d/gpg.rc, and it works fine:
set pgp_verify_command="gpg --status-fd=2 --no-verbose --quiet --batch --output 
- --verify %s %f"
set pgp_good_sign="^\\[GNUPG:\\] GOODSIG"

Can you check that you don't have any pgp-related settings in your
personal .muttrc that are overriding part of the defaults (left over
from the old days when you had to do it yourself, perhaps)? Thanks!
