Binary package hint: update-manager
English version
My system asked my: "Do you want to upgrade you system to new version"? Then it
take a lot of packets, and then it say these packets will delete. And at the
end it say: "Hasn't got any upgrades for you system!"

Когда я мустанавливаю обновления, моя система KDE пишит следующее: "Доступна
новая версия дистрибутива! Нажмите далее..." Нажимаю. KDE устанавливает
множиство пакетов, но через пару минут пишит: "Ваша система не ребует
обновлений!"
