Okay, I think we can safely close this bug. The original crash issue
was solved by switching to -intel. The follow on issues seem to mainly
relate to lack of a xrandr gui, and today we're uploading an xrandr 1.2
enabled 'Screen Resolution' capplet which I think should solve that.
If there are additional issues relating to use of the projector, please
file them as new bugs, and if you could follow a procedure such as the
one I outlined it would be a big help.
If I've missed any other issues that you feel still need to be worked
out, feel free to reopen (but a new bug report to focus on that issue in
isolation would be preferred).
