I have 2 sessions running. The attached Xorg.0.log is from the first
session, which is my 'nick' user account, which has been through many
previous distribution releases.

The attached Xorg.20.log is from a newer 'ryan' user account (created in
Gutsy) which does not show this problem.

I have tried changing keyboard settings in Gnome to ACPI and 105 key
(intl) PC. UK layout. Whether or not the NumLock light is on, the
numeric keypad does not return numerals. Number 5 is equivalent to
clicking the left mouse button.

I am using a standard desktop PC with standard 104/5 key UK keyboard.

** Attachment added: "xorg.log for non-working and working sessions."
