* Merge from Debian unstable. (LP: #197056) Remaining Ubuntu changes:
- Modify Maintainer value to match Debian-Maintainer-Field Spec.
- Add dh_icons to debian/rules.

* Non-maintainer upload to fix Failure To Build From Source.
* Added libdbus-glib-1-dev as an explicit Build-Dependency.
