* New upstream release.
* Cleaned up the upstream MySpell affix file with dos2unix, then
merged Aigars' previous patch. Submitted the result to upstream.
* Fixed the Lintian warning about incomplete copyright notice.
* Upgraded Standards-Version to 3.7.3; no change required.
* Added the hyphenation file to myspell-lv.install.
