Binary package hint: evince
* Using Gutsy
* Open attached PDF in evince 2.20.1-0ubuntu1
* Select "Print*
* lpq shows print job in queue
* A few moments later, print job disappears from queue
* No output on printer, or even warmup sounds
* This is repeatable. But evince doesn't crash.
At one point, I got the below error text on my console, which may or may
not be relevant.
