Binary package hint: gnome-applets
The new world clock applet which comes by default in Hardy displays two
different temperatures when "show weather" option is used. The
temperature shown on the panel is always different than the temperature
shown in the tulip in the extended view (please see attached photo).
Judging from weather.com for the same location, the temperature shown
on the panel is more up-to-date. My location is Kennedy Airport,
America/New York .
