Am having this with Python and acpid both.  Here is the terminal stuff:

I think it might be that the missing pieces are just not out there as yet but 
will be in the future.   I hope that is what it is.  I have been having this 
problem now for the past 3 days.  The browser seems to work OK but every time I 
do an update/upgrade I get these errors and also some errors on the Canonical 
repository not being found.
