Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-terminal
I upgraded from Gutsy to Hardy doing a "dist-upgrade" yesterday. I was
just modifying the preferences for gnome-terminal when all instances of
gnome-terminal died and this report was generated. The paramater that
caused the problem was "show menubar by default in new terminals". I got
there by selecting "edit current profile".
Here is the wierd behavior and it seems to be reproducible. If there are
three running instances of "gnome-terminal" I can toggle the show
menubar back and forth without any trouble. If there are four running
instances the same thing is true, but if I close the edit configuration
down and delete one of the gnome-terminal instances, then edit the
option again the three remaining instances of gnome-terminal die.
