Hi Frank,
Could you open a terminal and try the following command
telnet 77.67.2.201:554
and see if it connects please?
This error message would normally mean that you could
not reach the server, which is not really a bug in totem.
When I go to that URL then totem says "The stream
is in the wrong format".
