I had exactly the same issue. however at the moment I only got the issue with the time-out during login after which my keyboard starts responding, and never got the bluetooth seen back to work anymore...
Is there anything I can do to test how to activate bluetooth? I once tried to pair my keyboard, but this didn't resolve the gdm-login problem (probably because pairing was a user-specific setting, and during gdm a global config was been used).
