Using Ubuntu Gutsy.
I'm trying to make a usplash but the throbber takes on the palette of
the backgrounds instead of the colors I gave it. The result is a
throbber that looks like crap. I don't get anything as shiny and
'perfect' as the one that normally ships with Ubuntu.
I know I'm not the only person in the community to have this issue but
no answers are forthcoming. Can the person who made the Ubuntu usplash
tell me/us how he/she got the throbber to look so good?
