xen-utils-3.0 (3.0.3~rc1) contains /usr/sbin/xend, which imports
xen.xend.server.SrvDaemon, which is part of the python-xen3.0
(3.0.3~rc1) package, but xen-utils-3.0 doesn't have a dependency on
python-xen3.0.
