I'm concerned that removing the Cancel button will make people feel they
can't cancel. Since installation can be a highly destructive operation,
I'd like Cancel to be a top-level action here, not an apparent accident
of the window decorations.
Making the Back button visible but insensitive sounds like a good idea.
