instructions at http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash and upload
the backtrace (as an attachment) to the bug report. This will greatly
help us in tracking down your problem.
Also, are there any predictable steps to reproduce this? I've been
having random crashes on Banshee but have been unsuccessful in getting a
reproducible cause.
