After suspend to ram or to disk my m1330, I resume and then cpu scaling doesn't
work, if I plug and unplug the state doesn't change. I stay in ondemand for
example after resume.
But before suspend I was in powersave.
i have change in gconf-editor to be in powersave on battery and ondemand
on AC.
This is a regression, this work on gutsy
